Throughout this career path, Quest observed a recurring pattern across workshops worldwide: when a multi-million-dollar machine suffered a breakdown, the pressure from production coordinators was intense. In those moments, he watched technicians struggle, not from a lack of effort, but because they lacked a structured, logical framework for diagnostic analysis. They were overwhelmed by complex schematics, lacked confidence with advanced testing tools, and frequently relied on unverified parts replacement.
